Beef Noodle Soup


1 lb Ground Beef, browned and drained
2 Tablespoons Minced Dried Onion (or use 1/2 of an onion, diced and sauteed until soft)
2 - 14-1/2 ounce cans Diced Tomatoes (do not drain)
3 Cups Water
3 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1 Cup Frozen Peas
1 Cup Frozen Corn
1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1-1/2 Cups Uncooked Egg Noodles

Combine all ingredients except noodles in a dutch oven. Bring to a boil, and cook over medium high heat for about 10 minutes. Add noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until noodles are done.
