Spaghetti Sauce Mix


2 Tablespoons Minced Dried Onion
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Cracked Rosemary
2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
2 Teaspoons Dried Basil
2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Sugar

Mix all ingredients and place in a sealable plastic bag.

To make Spaghetti Sauce:

1 lb Ground Beef or Ground Pork Sausage, browned and drained
1 - 15 ounce can Tomato Sauce
2 - 14-1/2 ounce cans Diced Tomatoes
1 - 6 ounce can Tomato Paste
1-2 Cloves Garlic, minced
3 Bay Leaves
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 bag Sauce Mix

Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes. Remove Bay Leaves. Serve over spaghetti noodles
