1 Tablespoon Minced Dried Onion
1-1/2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chopped Chives
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Cracked Rosemary
1-1/2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Salt-Free Seasoning (like Mrs. Dash)
Combine all ingredients in a sealable plastic bag.
To Make Roasted Potatoes:
5-6 Potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
1/4 - 1/3 Cup Olive Oil (Vegetable Oil can be used instead)
1 Bag Mix
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place cut up potatoes in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Drizzle oil over potatoes and mix lightly to coat. Sprinkle mix over coated potatoes and mix to coat evenly. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked.
The mix, oil and potatoes can be put in a large plastic bag and shaken to coat, but I find that alot of the spices stick to the bag instead of the potatoes, so I use the method described above.
