Hash Brown Casserole


1 - 24 ounce package Frozen Hash Browns, thawed (about 8-9 cups)
1 - 10-3/4 ounce can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sour Cream
8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
2 Tablespoons Minced Dried Onion

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for 1/2 of the shredded cheese. Place in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes.
