Cheese Garlic Grits

Ingredients:

3-1/2 Cups Water
1 Cup Grits (regular, not quick)
1 Clove Garlic
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine
Dash Worcestershire Sauce
6 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
Paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in grits. Cover and cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes. Add garlic, butter, worcestershire sauce and half of the cheese. Stir until cheese and butter are completely melted. Place in an 8" baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 20 minutes.
