Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Minced Dried Onion
2 Tablespoon Celery Flakes
1 Teaspoon Ground Dry Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Dash Pepper
Mix all ingredients together and place in a sealable plastic bag.
To make barbecue sauce:
1 Bag Mix
1 Cup Ketchup
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
Mix all ingredients together.
I usually put this sauce on browned pork chops or ribs, then put them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Either use a heavy pan or baking dish, or put a cookie sheet under the pan to keep the sauce from burning.
